While working as Creative Director for contract publishers, Pacific Client Publishing, I designed a cookbook for Richmond Ltd and Federated Farmers Gisborne in New Zealand. The aim was to promote the use of beef and lamb in addition to visiting the beautiful region of Gisborne and the Wairoa. While shooting on location, the photographer and I were flown over the area to get some fantastic shots of the landscape, which were used throughout the publication. Responsible for art directing all aspects of the project from concept, food and location photography and book design through to final production.
